As always, this is the most important part of the VPN review. CactusVPN’s privacy and security features are excellent and I have stated previously, they even allow for the Softether protocol. Also, they allow some of the other more common protocols, including OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP, IKEv2 and SSTP.
